People can plunder in either faction. The game doesn’t search for people in the same faction by default, however that’s an option that can be turned on or off. Whether or not you consider it appropriate depends on the situation. You could also have groups of friends who agree not to plunder each other, for instance, however this is also not a hard-and-fast rule and is their choice. Likewise, whales who are bad at the game can make the game a worse experience for freeplayers in either faction, who they have little in common with even if nominally in the same ‘faction.’ There isn’t anything absolute about faction divisions, though they can be meaningful in certain situations and people can hence opt to respect them if they want.

It unlocks at ultimate level 8 (ie. level 78). It contains a dragon boss similar to the normal wild dragon boss that you fought, except now much tougher. These bosses can scale up over time as well.

Storm Spirit or Flora Queen can also be useful against Drunk Panda opponents in dungeons. Drunk Panda attacks front row typically, and Storm Spirit heals that and strengthens the DEF of the heroes. Flora Queen heals whole team, that is slightly more useful here than Amaranth. You can also use tanks like Light Summoner, Heavy Cavalryman, Spartan, or Undead Skeleton, in the front row. However, if you want to clear the burning, then the fifth cleric skill, Blessed Touch, can be useful. That clears most debuffs, although it has had problems with removing the stone curse status.
However, the one time when the panda boss transforms into a dragon in Mount Trial is a bit different. There, it’s easier to have a healer at back and keep main in front on cleric or something, tanking the dragon. However, the challenge there is slightly different from the typical drunk panda bosses, that aren’t typically that difficult.

The Guardian in land can help to reduce plunder slightly, although you get more protection from it if you’re VIP. There used to be around 23 plunders per day possible, now it’s below 20, and possibly less if you’re a spender.
The ‘billionaire’ tag doesn’t necessarily mean that you have 1B in gold, typically it’s much less. It indicates that the plunder will probably yield around a maximum amount.
This game is unbalanced when it comes to the p2w aspect, but if you think that this game is ‘really great’ then I’m not sure why you would complain about this particular element. 99% of the game is like that, and the rest doesn’t work. The game is a bit like a wall or sign that you spray graffiti on: the wall might be involved, but placing graffiti on it needn’t necessarily mean that you think that the wall is good.
Using gold on astrals, etc., might be more secure. Players like WheresMyName have often used that to the point where him getting plundered takes no gold or almost no gold from him, and gives little to the plundering player. However, other than the Guardian, there isn’t that much to prevent players from getting plundered. However, talents at low levels are fairly cheap, so you could probably get the gold required from decent growth contests in egg smash (you get a decent amount of gold from rewards for smashing 100 eggs in a day), from gold sacks in Lucky Shop or Treasure Hunt, or from events like Dragon Mirage Realm if your Clan has that available. At the least, getting to ult. 2 should be possible.

Something less elaborate, like king’s crests and eternal stardust, might be more easily added than a ‘re-do’ of the tournament, since it could just be sent by mail. However, the event was something of a shambles, so compensation would be reasonable.

The arrows indicating progression to the next round are missing, and we were removed from the room before the next round could begin, without any fight occurring.
Onii being eliminated from the group finals meant that his group had no winner, so that the semi-finals had one person missing.
Coringa’s team also seem to have experienced a similar error, not being able to go through to the next round.
There was no group winner for this group, so no-one went through from it to the next round.

Are you on the same server? If so, after you’ve completed the early quest to meet Anergoth, you should have the option to click on the friend’s name if it appears somewhere, and then click on ‘Add’ in the menu to add them as a friend. You can also click on the ‘Friend’ button on the lower-right of screen, then click ‘Add,’ and input the friend’s name. Another option is to meet in Holy City, then click on the friend’s character; a bar should show up with their avatar and name, click on the avatar and a menu should show up, then click on ‘Add’ or ‘Add Friend,’ and you should be able to add them. If you aren’t on the same server, then you can’t add each other as friends, but if you haven’t played for long then one of you could start a new character on the same server as the other.

You can buy a Reborn Card in the shop, for ambers. You might also get the chance to change name if your server is merged and someone else on the new server has the same name as you. But that might be less useful for gender and name.

On Dragon Awaken, they said that this problem while blitzing material dungeons was a bug, and it would be fixed. You should be able to challenge dungeons after blitzing again, since there has been a maintenance.

It might be more reasonable to ask this question to people at Dragon Awaken, since this game’s future after Flash is likely to depend on what happens to that game. I don’t believe that there’s any explicit confirmation of what will happen to the game with the death of Flash, though. It might be decided by some folks in China.
