Just out of curiosity, when can you go to the underworld? After you enter the actual world, their’s a portal which leads to, lets say, flaming underworld. When can you go to it? Is it only for ultimate level?

It unlocks at ultimate level 8 (ie. level 78). It contains a dragon boss similar to the normal wild dragon boss that you fought, except now much tougher. These bosses can scale up over time as well.
