WhichParticipantCross-Server Auction appears when the Cross-Server Boss is killed. Cross-Server Boss is an event that unlocks at level 54, and it occurs at 9.30am and 9.30pm server time. You can use amethyst to bid in the auction, for pet cards, pet skin shards, or charms.

WhichParticipantI mean, most people past a relatively low level can kill the orcs quite quickly. I’m not sure that there’s that much reason to split up the event, when it’s not that important and on many servers only one or two people even show up. I agree that there is a lot of tedium to the event, since it’s mostly just a repetitive task of slaying orcs. Plus, some lanes not having wizards seems unnecessary. Maybe having some occasional boss (other than the one that only appears when many people show up) or other variety would make it more interesting and less tiresome to most.

WhichParticipantHK doesn’t get as much use among the highest BRs (who have a selection of 6-stars to choose from), but quite a few others use it. Its first strike is quite powerful, and its Starnet ability can make it effective as a tank of some sort. It can hence help reduce damage against your team considerably. Further, the imprisoned enemy receives more damage, so it can give your team a simple target and potentially make it easier to fight against a front-row tank or Spartan.
Yuki (HeresMyName) and WheresMyName both used a healer (Fairy Queen or Flora Queen) for a long time as their BR increased, and are both quite strong players. So it’s not necessarily unfeasible. Flora Queen’s crit and crit damage increase can be useful in a variety of contexts, and it would probably be more helpful to most players than Storm Spirit. There are exceptions, including certain bugs that Storm Spirit complements, etc. All the same, healers (other than Goddess of Wisdom) aren’t that popular at higher levels, so even if they are useable their lack of offensive contribution in a game with high damage means that without a stable tank (that might further stunt offence) they might not be as powerful in most teams. Certain damage-reducing bugs, etc., can mean that healers become feasible in a team, but those aren’t typically used by most players and can hamper a team’s offensive development when used.
Among top payers, typically Pandora, Goddess of Wisdom, and Zeus, are the conventional choices. This leaves one extra slot. There are several options for that, including Poseidon, Apollo, and Grand Swordsman. Poseidon offers freezing and a damage increase, GS can reach high damage with crit-boosting relics, and Apollo can serve as a useful tank and reflect damage (esp. against silenced enemies). AoE heroes are often preferred, because fights at that stage are often decided quickly and hence it’s typically important to attempt to attack the whole team in order to end the fight, as well as to use heroes to spread relic effects to the other team generally. Hell Keeper can hence appear slightly limited, taking up one of your four hero slots without having the same chance of ending the fight or taking advantage of developed and potentially powerful relics to affect the entire opposing team.
The Pandora-GoW-Zeus combination is mostly for people who spend a lot on 6-stars, however. For others, the most common tend to be Void Sorceress and Grand Swordsman. While Grand Swordsman is potentially optional, he is one of the few options for attacking the entire opposing team, so he’s often favoured. It mostly depends on your relics, stats, etc., bearing in mind that relics are often incredibly bugged, often either never working in certain combinations or just leading to strange bug effects that ignore stats and character set-up.

WhichParticipantThere is a lot of paywall or restricted content for those of us without ambers, yes. It makes much of the game frustrating or pointless. When you say Duelist level 2, do you mean in Mastery? That unlocks at level 40, along with Endless Trial. To upgrade it, you need scrolls that come from the chests you get in Endless Trial. If you have the scrolls necessary for upgrading a given skill, you go to the ‘Mastery’ tab in the Skill window:
Once you have as many scrolls as are required for the level increase (it says ‘Need’ next to this), then you can click on the ‘Upgrade’ button and it will increase in level. You mostly get scrolls from Endless Trial chests, but you also get some for reaching level 40, and occasionally from other sources as well.

WhichParticipantCurrently, it’s available for recharging and consuming 100k ambers.
It might be available in some other way in the future, but we aren’t sure. It wouldn’t be the first paywall content in this game, but most people find the price a bit too high.

WhichParticipantAre you PhoenixAshe?
The talent requirements remain the same, so you still need a certain amount of both EXP and gold to level talents. However, the gold requirements are typically more time-consuming, so people tend to not find EXP to not be that important in ult. level. Eventually people typically reach the maximum amount of EXP they can store, and then just wait for gold to level up (unless they’re using the gold on other things that they need or things that unlock during ult.)

WhichParticipantIn order to carry out your threat of sending freeplayers after me, my dragon is currently chasing its tail. It seems like it might have about caught up with it. We shall await further instructions from the Catholic church, that apparently determines (via canonisation procedures) who is the saintly non-spender and who is the villainous Supremacy casher whose lies are to be dispelled by untruth. Their task shall no doubt be rendered more difficult by the modern age where Anthea is apparently now considered the form of the good, and the opposite of evil. In the end the thing will probably be resolved by the Pope headbanging to Iron Maiden’s ‘The Number of the Beast,’ and then excommunicating Anthea in the name of Satan. People shall look at Pope Francis’ previous statements and wonder that a child like Francis was exposed to such subversive heavy metal when they could easily be influenced to dark Satanic ways.

WhichParticipantThat’s probably also the case on most servers of Dragon Awaken. However, events are rarely fixed (or even useful), because gameplay generally isn’t a focus in this cash shop masquerading as a game. It sort of balances itself out, though: events aren’t useful or interesting, so you can mostly just ignore them.

WhichParticipantCross-server Boss has been relatively weak recently, since the evening version scaled down by a large amount. Maybe you’ve just been unlucky with rooms. Since it’s meant as a cross-server event, having it be based on servers would be contrary to the point.
There have been frequent complaints about the Ancient Catacombs Dragon, and those are possibly justified. However, there are stronger variants of the map dragons, the enchanted dragons available from ult. 8 onwards. Further, the dragons have been bugged and producing a much stronger variant after each maintenance. Making them stronger by default would be punishing to earlier servers where they still take a while to kill, while having them scale would be slightly redundant given that the enchanted dragons are already stronger dragon variants that scale. The enchanted dragons already take a long time for people to kill, typically, so having the normal dragons last for long would be unnecessarily tedious. Besides, people in this game can grow unnaturally large quite quickly, and several variants have players of around 400M+ BR. To make the dragons last long for such players, they’d often have to become almost impossible for others to kill at a decent rate.

WhichParticipantWhat was taken away? Stamina potions are still available from land, but the gift box icon is now above friends list rather than below. However, the question wasn’t that specific, so it’s not necessarily clear what was taken away.

WhichParticipantYou can change servers by clicking on ‘Change the server’ above the game, and then clicking on the server that you’d like to play on (as long as it’s not the server you’re already on.) This should give you a new character on that server. You can’t transfer a character directly to a new server, you can however play a different character on multiple servers.

WhichParticipantThey don’t appear in inventory (probably for the best, they could take up space if you didn’t have a pet yet), it appears when you go to the pet’s page in the ‘Aptitude’ tab. However, you can’t open that for pets who you don’t have yet, so the shards and cards are there but hidden.
