WhichParticipantYou can start a new Clan within a faction, but starting a new faction freely would make things like War, faction events, wild fights, etc., a bit confused. Plus a stance on ‘cyberbullying’ isn’t necessarily related to the faction story, and I’m not sure that kicking people out of factions is typically possible as a role for one member (although someone with higher BR joining would become leader anyway, regardless of their personal habits.)
However, you can switch faction if you want, ie. between Supremacy and Amity. I haven’t done it, though, so you might want to ask someone else who has. I think that it usually requires around 1k ambers (I don’t use those, but I wouldn’t switch anyway), you go to the Faction window and then to the tab named after the faction you’re not in, then you click Join.
Would also be useful to know your server or name, since otherwise people might not know what kind of things you’re talking about.

WhichParticipantFishes group together in schools, but astrals don’t.
More seriously, it depends on what you mean by ‘grades’ of astrals. There are different types of astrals, and some are counted as higher than others. The rough order, from lowest to highest, goes like this:
1. Green Astral – Most basic astral. +50 of a stat, at base level. (HP is an exception,t hey give +300 HP. The same 6:1 ratio IIRC is observed by the academy, that gives +50 to all for an upgrade, or +300 HP.)
Image:
2. Blue astral – Slightly higher star increase, but still low. +100 of a stat, at base level.
Image:
3. Purple astral – Not sure what the formal name is for these, but they look purple. +250 of a stat, at base level. (+1500 HP.) Can be exchanged for 2000 points. However, they are quite common compared to the higher astrals, so that is avoidable.
Image:
4. Orange astral – These are yellow, actually. They’re quite rare, and are only less powerful than divine astrals. A useful acquisition in the early game. +350 of a stat, at base level. (+2100 HP.)
Image is somewhere bleeding in the night. (If Dio writes this kind of double entendre, then what’s he really up to with the m/ thing?)5. Divine astral – The ‘Divine’ astral, these astrals have ‘Divine’ in their name. The highest conventional type of astral, unless there are some others that people might have found. Some of these can also boost multiple stats at once, but these are typically only useable in ult. level and with heroes of high level. You might want to get the single-stat ones first, as they are always useable. One of these might come from a ‘red astral chest,’ but you will get one from a ‘Super astral chest.’ If one of these chests is available for diamonds in the first week of the game (during carnival), then it’s a decent purchase since you can use it throughout the game. +500 of a stat, at base level. (+3000 HP.)
Image:
^ ‘Seems to save myself, my friend, so where should I begin?‘Note that the stat increases mentioned do not apply to the percentage-based stats, nor to HP. HP increases according to the usual HP – conventional stat ratio. The percentage-based ones are typically at around 1% per level of astral.
Of course, levelling up each level of astral for ATK, DEF, or other conventional stats, will lead to a much higher stat boost from the astral.
The prices of the astrals (in point exchange) reach 50,000 points for dual-stat astrals, 20,000 for a divine astral (30,000 for the percentage-based DMG rate ones), 8,000 for a yellow/orange one, and 2,000 for a purple one. Some astrals do not appear there, and must probably appear in pray or by luck. They typically take the form of divine astrals, so still a ‘normal’ astral type. The rare ones increase things like block rate, etc., I think, but the usual stats (ATK, DEF, HP, Crit, Resilience, Pierce, Block) are available in the points exchange as well as from luck, prayer, etc.

WhichParticipantIf there were other people there, then that might have been an issue. Though the OP said the opposite. Anyway, suppose this is resolved for the moment.

WhichParticipantApparently there’s no-one else to expel, although maybe they just mean that none of the other members are active. The usual approach would be to just disband the Clan, but I’m not sure about why they’re not allowed to do it. If the OP is leader, does any particular message display when they try to disband it? Perhaps someone else has encountered this situation before.

WhichParticipantThere are several other variables than the rather abstract ‘more players.’ Yes, if the players just sat around being ‘active players,’ somehow, rather than doing anything. As it occurs, adding more players allows for as many opportunities to dampen fun as it does to increase it. Saying that there are more players tells us nothing about the players in question – compare an active player from S14 to an active General from S1-3 or S4-9, for instance. The question is whether the new situation adds up to something fun for most usual players, not whether some aspect of it taken in the abstract is fun (and that still depends entirely upon the players involved, not merely upon their quantity regardless of who is involved.)
Although DA probably has more people, so that is an option if you want them.

WhichParticipantYou mean the fashion that is displayed? This is one of the easier ways:
1. Go to Bag -> Fashion.
2. Go to the armour category, badge category, etc., depending on what you want to change.
3. Click on the thing you want to wear.
4. Press ‘save’ on the left, where it shows your character. You can also press ‘hide’ next to your character’s display, if you want to use the default fashion.

WhichParticipantThe Poseidon chance might have inflated the price, 1000 would be quite cheap for that given the usual requirements. It could come off as fairly cheap if you got the reward, but otherwise it’s perhaps not intended to be.

WhichParticipantWhat’s your problem with it?
You require an extra hero recruitment card for a given hero, to activate their Starnet. Hence, you first have the hero, then you get an extra recruitment card for them. If they’re in the tavern, this is easy: you simply use as much essence as they require to recruit, then recruit them for a second time. After you have an extra recruitment card for a hero that you already have, you can go to ‘Starnet’ in the Hero window and click on the central sphere (‘Starball’) to activate Starnet.
Heroes can have Starnet updated multiple times, by a quantity depending upon their stars (Heavy cavalryman is 1-star, Frost Predator is 4-star, etc.) Seemingly, 1 and 2 star heroes have 1 ability to unlock, 3 and 4 stars have 3 abilities, and 5 stars have 5. I’m not sure about 6 stars, but by this pattern they would also have 5. Still, I’m not entirely sure if this is an exhaustive limit. Each upgrade gives them a slight stat boost, plus a special ability. Each upgrade requires a further recruitment card for that hero. The abilities given for each level of Starnet typically have the following sequence: first two involve a buff that targets a certain other type of unit (eg. Fighter, Mage, Tank), third gives a percentage increase to a certain group of stats, fourth involves an increase in things like DMGG Rate or Reduce DMG Rate (less conventional stats, often concerning rates), and fifth is a more miscellaneous ability that might enhance the hero’s power or your team.
It’s slightly similar to how you evolve relics, by getting multiple copies of that relic.
Once you’ve activated Starnet, you can increase the hero’s stats by clicking on the spheres representing them, and this costs a certain amount of essence. Increasing the spheres by one level only takes 15 essence each, that essence requirement soon increases to higher amounts.
For about 1000 diamonds (or possibly some ambers instead), you can use ‘reborn’ on your hero’s Starnet, returning to you all of the resources used on them. This includes the essence, as well as the recruitment cards (that you can recycle for the essence used on them.) This might sound costly, but if you don’t use it that much, it’s a moderate cost.

WhichParticipantFound this announcement at DA:
New Update Introduction–Wings Soul System
The Wings Soul System includes the interfaces Trait and Wings Soul. In Trait, players can upgrade their power and choose between Justice or Chaos. Use Pure Origin to upgrade Justice and Filth Origin to upgrade Chaos. The corresponding skill will be activated when 7 Traits are the same type and reach the maximum level. Unlock the new skill to deal extra DMG to the Boss, which have the opposite Trait in Multi-Dungeon – Eternal Battlefield. As for Wings Soul, use Sacred Spirit to upgrade Wings Soul and greatly improve the Stats.
️New Updated Introduction–Eternal Battlefield
Players will be divided in two teams in this new dungeon. At the first stage of the dungeon, players will need to defeat their enemies and protect their base. In the second stage, it will be time to attack the enemy base. Win to receive Class EXP and Class Equipment. There are other changes, but these are the new additions. They are for ult. 7, though, so most players here probably won’t encounter them for a short while. Well, unless they’re Dante.

WhichParticipantPeople are encouraged to join new servers, even if they had played before, so that they can try again when they are familiar with the game. Such things are typically permitted on DA, as well.

WhichParticipantThanks.
The old versions of players are saved as ‘PCL,’ the new ones as ‘EGE.’ ‘EGE’ is also displayed next to most player names now. Not sure if it counts the ‘EGE’ players as new ones, who are distinct from PCL, and thus makes them start over. It’s possible, but not certain. Still, might be useful if players wish to distinguish between older and newer versions of their character.

WhichParticipantA few more bugs have also appeared, other than the one which tort0 mentioned. They’re probably not as significant, yet some of them are still worth noting.
A similar one appeared in Ancient Catacombs rankings, where the sidebar shows server ranking as ‘0’ even if the ranking window says otherwise (and you have enough points to have a ranking anyway.) Image:
Further, the daily quests for sphere dungeon and wing trial are acting finnicky, and not necessarily counting as completed even when the other materials dungeons are. Not sure if that’s only for this day, and the wing trial daily isn’t a problem for some accounts. When it is a problem, though, it might not be something which you can redo.
At least Ladder should still have some record of our ranking before the bug (or perhaps, more accurately, at the previous reset), and our remaining chances for the day, so there is some chance at compensation or re-ordering if this problem distorts the rankings etc.

WhichParticipantHm. It seems like the intention is that you can send a few diamonds to anyone who claims, in your faction chat. Using it opens the faction chat window, so that’s probably relevant. Somewhat like how people in cross-server auction all get amethyst spread between them. However, it doesn’t seem to work yet, and the send button doesn’t do anything. Some others from S3 also experienced that error.
You probably aren’t missing out on anything at the moment, unless someone’s figured out some convoluted way to make it work. I haven’t seen it used, however.
