how do u screen shot lag???
If the lag appears it is possible to see that characters and heroes do not appear. You may capture it or make a video illustrating that lag is permanent.

The lag in Spark is horendous… In the full event i waqs able to collect 2 resources.. this is an every week event and the lag is just as bad EVERYTIME… Please look into this and fic

Seem “Land of the Fire Dragon” instance is bugged…game idle after I kill Pavara and after awhile it reboot game…this continue…when I left game on (over 3 hrs), it stay idle when I came back. Is GM aware of this and is fixing the bug?

Seems, that we do not have any Pavara boss in Dragon Lord. Please, specify the game and attach the screenshots illustrating your issue. -

Strong 6-star heroes are seldom and unique. Players normally can get them in special events where they spend real money to get materials and exchange them against unique heroes

my main complaint, is that you cant friend people on different servers, which means when you do find those players doing event dungeon runs on nightmare its hit and miss, there should able someway to add them or some system in place to work round this.

Thank you for your suggestion. I will forward it to our developers. It’s possible that they would add such features with further updates.Perhaps get a Dragon Lord channel on Discord like Dragon Awaken has where we can meet people from other servers and ask for cross-server help. I have accounts on both DA and DL and it makes the game much easier to play when you can get the much-needed help, especially during Magnate when you want Hard or NM for more rewards
Hello! At the moment, we don’t have any official Discord channel for English or European versions of the game. However, we accept the idea that it would help players. We will try to launch a Discord channel and notify our community of that when it is done. Thank you for this good suggestion.

Thanks for the warning b4 shutting game Down… hopefully there will be some decent rewards for those of us that fot booted in the middle of dungeons/ missed collection of sapps ect

So when i started i don’t remember putting in any information. It isn’t linked to my fb or email. I want the ability to log out but i have no clue how ill get back in. Where do i go to resolve this? Id like to at least link it to an email but i DO NOT want to lose anything i’ve worked for.

You can change the name of your character with a special Card that you may purchase in the Shop (the menu icon next to your bag). -
new windows edge blocks it and cant get around it guess i will need to load up modzilla or firefox
At the moment we recommend to use Firefox, Opera or Google Chrome browsers that still support flash player.

well its already happened to me adobe flash player no more since windows update yesterday put brand new windows edge version in place for windows10 and will be gone fully by december 2020
Hello! It is still possible to play unabling flash player in the url line in Google Chrome. Anyway, the game won’t stop when flash player is fully gone. We are working on game transfer to the new technology before december 2020
