I periodically check in to see what is going on since the major cluster F— the developers created. I am quite amused that you can open a new server yet not address the broken game issues. I wonder why another server was added when everyone has been clamoring for a merging or the servers.

this is now two major maintenance days since June 13th with a small one in between- Some of us pay for the SVIP package and the monthly vault fee- We should be reimbursed those days.

Under maintenance- They used to announce when it would be and for how long. They don’t care about the players right now.

Same response three times now- Read your own forums- plenty of details and screenshots

Go through the forum- there are lists of the problems with screenshots

So disappointed in the lack of service. Responses just have no information to them.
Doubt they could make things worse though. This “maintenance” might restore everything back to what it was- Over a week of missed events. My server has gone completely dead now. -
Complete hatchet job- it was down for 24 hours- and came back missing pieces and support refuses to respond to us in Tch support forum.
