    I have been trying since 0630 hours and it is now 1600 hours

    this is now two major maintenance days since June 13th with a small one in between- Some of us pay for the SVIP package and the monthly vault fee- We should be reimbursed those days.

    The developers are solving the problem. The question of compensation is under discussion.
