To get Shaman, you need to lead the 2nd-placed Clan in the faction.
If you’re not a Clan leader, then you can make your own Clan by going to the ‘Clan’ page in the faction menu, and clicking to create a Clan. It requires a small amount of gold. After you create the Clan, you (and other Clan members) can increase its contributions using mystery crystals, bounty quests, and events like Guard the Goddess and Holy Blessing. If your Clan has the second-highest contributions at the beginning of a day, then you will be Shaman for that day. If your faction’s General is a Clan leader, then they can’t become Shaman or Elder, so you can ignore their Clan in this context. If the General’s Clan is first or second in contributions, then if your Clan comes third then you will still be Shaman. So you just have to lead a Clan, and have that Clan be 2nd-highest in contributions out of all Clans that aren’t led by your faction’s General. When the day begins, you will be made Shaman based on this.
The Shaman and Elder (or Lieutenant and Priest) positions are based on your faction’s top Clan leaders, not on BR or battles.

What quest do you mean? Is this the one with the A-Class Mount Card?
To do that quest, you should click on the ‘Rewards Hall’ button, then click on the Level Pack’ tab. This should allow you to collect an A-Class Mount Card from the level 10 rewards, and if you use that card then you will be able to select a mount to complete the quest.
That quest is presented in a slightly confusing way, so a few people have had problems with it. However, if you had problem with some other level 10 quest, then please give details about what the quest was and what the problem with it was.

The Material Dungeon called Dragon Dungeon should unlock at level 55, along with the dragon evolve feature.
The Multi-Player Dungeon called Dragon’s Den will unlock at level 60.

So far, coins in the shard store have remained the same even when the offers refresh. The coins stay in place until you spend them.

If you get an Ancient Heart, it means that you can draw an Ancient Weapon in the Ancient Treasure page. This can be accessed from the Ancient Weapon interface:
If you have an Ancient Heart, the ‘Summon’ button will become available, and clicking it will give you a random Ancient Weapon.
If you have an Ancient Heart, then you don’t need to go on a quest to get Ancient Weapon. You just have to click to draw the Ancient Weapon. It gives you a random Ancient Weapon, so you don’t choose what weapon you get.

Your Clan levels up when your Clan members’ collective contributions reach a certain level overall. You (or your Clan-mates) can get contributions for doing bounty quests, doing faction events, donating mystery crystals, finishing daily quests, etc. It’s likely that you’ll reach a decent level eventually, since if you’re even slightly active you will get some contributions added each day. At present, reaching around Clan level 3 can be useful because of the Dragon Mirage Realm event. However, the events for levels higher than that aren’t particularly useful, so that doesn’t matter that much at the moment. There might be further events added in the future for higher levels.

That’s true, these things have not been available for a long time IIRC, outside of a few paywall events like Dream Star. I recall that they used to be available occasionally (and on low levels) for diamonds, however they haven’t been around for a long time, and for some Divinity stuff there hasn’t been any available in general.

You need an ancient heart to get an ancient weapon. However, if you use 10 ancient crystals to draw, then you will get an ancient heart.

Onii has left the game by now, sadly. However, we still have a few players from here and Dragon Awaken who are familiar with the game So it’s still a good place if you feel like discussing or asking about the game.

Sometimes during events, there are codes given that can give you rewards if you enter it there. For example, if you go to the activating code page and type 3RDANNIVERSARYG at the moment, during the anniversary events for Dragon Awaken, you should get a few rewards. There were also some codes for Christmas, but those have expired by now.
