it started showing the images of the characters of GOT and then spat it crash and i log off compleately and come back its all starts again but this time it has the side tech window with a window showing a devtool disconectted i have not touch anything and this happends before of what i have said this is going from bad to worst , please , please help me

i let the page alone allmoust the whole day with out me trying to go to it this is what is doing wright now , withing multyfull images of GOT , What the heck our you all doing to resolve this , im in the meaddle of preparations for an up copmeing battle and this is really getting on my nervers i been kick or booted out , do you want me to loose all what i have been doing this whole month , please keymaster , this has to be resolve with the highest priority one , here is what is doing wright now

Hello , KeyMaster ,How’s It Been Since That Last Time We Comunicated Problems Issue’s of The Game yesterday i was doing scavageing and takeing down enemies groups wen it all of the sudden it stops and in the left upper corner a sad face , meaning a app or a tecnica problem crash ,now in that moment it allso made my computer lag makeing me un able to screen shot it , and as this problem is the image of tyrion appeared , now that was yesterday , so i left it alone ,because i thougth it was a maintance thing or something and today it would be well ,but it isnt , right now im in the process of helpi ng my alliance with future preparation on the next event winter is comeing , and this will make me be away , i cant aford this i need to be there or there will be consecuences to me lioke been booted out i have been warn from them if i miss again i told them my absence that cause this is this problems that happen intermitently and causees me to be off , and that this is not my fault , but of the system game app , please the developer’s must make all funtions , not just mention updates in the mail box of each players in a group , but for the whole system in this game , like i said ,im to deep in this group to be kick out , or booted out , i cant have that , so im asking you to help me on this ,its not like i want to bother you with these problem ,but from my side everything is check and double check wen im to log in ,i make sure im doing all that is required to in order to have a good game logging funtion experience like it should be , please make this a hight priority with no wexeption , because i know im not the onlyone that is experienceing this , there might be some who don’t go tru this in other ares of the world , but for the american continent side this is happening , because im in the State Of Florida , City Of Homestead , and im haveing this problem , so again please help me , and dont permit this problem to continue im getting really upset with this an i cant afford any more disruption of my time online ,wich is very, very crucial for me becuase i have a time online strick policy since i go on to wen i go off time limit is before 12:00.AM ,help me on this because i dont know what else to do here . and thank you For Youre Assistance .
i Have encloused two files from today and it is the same problem as usual not recognizeing my google browser , wich is up to date .

ohh , ii forgot to mention i went toi costomer support to view my former tickets and one was in pending review and they advised me to download the app client , i did , and all it does is installs in the computer and wen you go to sing in it does not recognize youre loging , meaning is a bit forcing you to make a new account ,i got furius and unistalled as quick as i could becuase to have an app that des not resolve a problem is not needed in my system that i take great care of , that will be all for now, againg …..

no key master , i have not made a ticket , because sometimes the geame opens , and i dont know if comenting on it or just say this is continueing , if i see anything that can be gathered for to oinforme costomer support, i will imediately inform you as it happends , thanks for youre help , i hope that there find whats is wrong with this ,this is a great game that has many posibilities for the future ,again if anything i can get to them i will pass you the ticket num. if i make it at that point.

Hello Key Master , How Are You Today , Or Night , Anyway , Im Here To Inform You , The Image Of Tyrion Lannister Is Showing , And Not Permiting me In , There For ,IM Not Going To Try To Sceen Shot Again , Because I Think Is The Same Thing Or Worst . Im Going To See What’s The Heck Is Wrong By Looking At What The Scroolled List Say , To See If I Can Interprited Whats Are The Wrongs It May Be , By The Way What Have The Dev’s Find Out , Do They Tell You Whats Ocurring or Happening In The Game System , I Know That This Can Get You Alot Of Grief ,And Headake By Me Comeing To You For Help , But Support Is Not Doing What Is Suppoused Too Just Make’s You Do A So Called Ticket , And Nothing More ,To Tell You After , In Other Words I Have To Wait With My Thumps Up My Butt , To See Any Response , From Them , So I Come To You , Because Atleast You’re Are The One Moust Clouset’s To Ever To Help Me , And I Apreciated This Greatly , So Can I Ask You To Keep Me Inform Of What Ever They Believed At The Moment , To Fix This Problem , At This Moment My Allliance Is Preparing And Trainig Troops for More Events , And Like Allway’s Im Not There Wen This Occurs , Do You Think This is Acceptable For A member To Be Not Participating , I Think Not . So Please Help Me On This , And Another Thing , Do You Have The Chance Of Having An In Game User Character So That I Can Tell You On The Spot Directly , That Is If Im In Logged On , That Way I Can Send To You. please note: the game images of the characters start as expected , but this apears ,after the image of the iron throne ,wen beetween game stars and then this , but i recomended that they look at there browsers ,pressing THE F12 ,So They Can See What Im Telling You And Been A Computer User Gamer , Some Things I Understand And Others Can’t , Please check this as soon as you can . Thank God , I was biteing my finger nails and grindinng teeth hopeing is all well in good , but i need to alert you the game is working as expected , and small and quick moments wen the game loads with whatever character of the game , the window that’s is in the middle that you must have seen in my earlier screen shots apear , but then disapear and the game comes on , so i did not screen shot it due to you have some allready , at the momment , its doing like i said as expected , if anything after this happends i will screen shot it, ohh in game some times wen on top of the icon of messages apears a purple box similar to the avatar character you have of mine but disapears , other than that is working . I Want To Thank You Inmensely , You Have Help Me So Much , so im apresitive of your’re help , So Thank You , Let’s Hope Everything Runs Acordingly and unterupted , because we are prepareing for the next time for the battle of the army of the dead and some moust perhaps castle siege battle’s , again i will inform you of anything i incounter beyond this point , again thank you su very much. 🙂

Can You Tell Me You’re Time Frame, Of Wen Do You Get On, To Help Me Thru This Problem , Is Imperative That I Log On And Help My Alliance or The System Or The Leader Mite Just Boot Me Out, And I Can’t Let That Happen the Problem Is Not From My Side, Is From The Game Systems, Im Waiting For A Miracle Of Sorts to end this problem Once And for all.
