Agree it is too long for the veteran ones. I could see if it was the time for ELITE maybe but not veteran troops.

Look in your inventory for PRECISE relocation item as this is used to move to a new location. DO NOT use the RANDOM or you will land anywhere and not in the fixed location you need to be in.
