    To understand the situation, we need logs. When you are again unable to log in through the fb, follow these steps:

    Open Explorer, paste the line there:

    C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Roaming\Esprit Games\

    (where USERNAME is indicated – enter the name of your computer)
    The computer name can be viewed in the system properties.

    Example:
    C:\Users\Artem\AppData\Roaming\Esprit Games\

    Please try to reinstall the game client:

    Open explorer and paste in the address bar field the link below –

    Next, log in to the client itself using the button https://prnt.sc/11d80zy

    If the problem persists, enter your game nickname and server.
