    If you have a problem that could not be solved with the help of your friends in the game or our moderators, you need to contact technical support:
    ATTENTION!
    To help you, we need the following information:
    General (always necessary):
    – Exact character name, server and Guild name
    Event issues:
    When you found the error (date / time)
    – Event name
    – Detailed description of the problem / situation
    – Screenshot illustrating the problem / error message
    If you do not receive the award:
    – When you found the error (date / time)
    – The name of the event, for participation in which they were to receive a reward
    – Detailed description of the problem / situation
    Account issues:
    – When you found the error (date / time)
    – Login method, directly via email or Facebook account
    – Your login email address:
    – Detailed description of the problem / situation
    – Screenshot illustrating the problem / error message
    Payment problems:
    ATTENTION!
    In case of such problems, you must first contact the support service of the payment system. If for some reason you could not help, please let us know the following information:
    – When payment was made (date / time)
    – Through what payment system did you pay? (Xsolla / PayPal / WebMomey / Other)
    – By what means of payment was the payment made? (Bank card / mobile operator / other)
    – How much in-game currency did you buy?
    – Detailed description of the problem / situation
    – Screenshot confirming the payment

    I can’t get into my account though Facebook, I tried to reset my password and it says i don’t exist. i had to use another browser to sign in and create a new game acct that started me from scratch just to send this msg. attached below is a screen shot with the email im certain i used. I have another i use occasionally but doubtful i used it for this regardless, I tried. It would be a shame to lose my progress after spending so much time and money! My new acct name is Ferafex and the acct i lost is Hentai which is my main and the only important acct, both on s9 malfurion est

    i forgot my password for rise of dragons and it’s getting in the way of me changing my inventory my ingame name is Alexander in guild legends but i also have a youtube channel called the voidwalker 0 im hoping you can help fix my ishu plz.

    On the new desktop app that will replace flash game, there is a missing server from the list. I could not find Server s31-Fiora-PST on the list. I can not play on that new app without my already existing char. Can we get that one listed plz?

    I have been waiting days for a response to my support ticket ( #48858)
    but have had NO response. Is there some other way to contact espirit games?

    Thank you. They updated my support ticket (#48858)(wartime) indicating they fixed it but I still cannot get in.
    I added a reply with a request for them to double check the email.
    Would you please pass the information on to the right specialist again

    Problem fixed and all solved. Thank you soooo much for all your help. I had tried everything I could think of for days and had all but given up on the account. Tell your boss you deserve a raise 🙂

    I’ve done it many times… and it still does not get me into game.
    Keeps telling me to install Esprit Game Center… which I have done many times also.
    Can log in on my second account which is not thru Facebook.
    But when trying to log into my main account which was thru Facebook…. NO LUCK..!!!

    Hello.

    We checked the authorization through the fb – no problems were identified.

    Please log out (log out) completely from the site.
    Please try to reinstall the game client:

    Open explorer and paste in the address bar field the link below –
    C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Roaming (where USERNAME is indicated – enter your computer name)

    Example:
    C:\Users\Артем\AppData\Roaming – The computer name can be viewed in the system properties.

    In this location there will be a folder EspritGames https://prnt.sc/w7z4pr, delete it, and uninstall the client itself via Add or Remove Programs. Restart your computer and try installing again. Report the result.

    Next, log in first on the site via fb https://prnt.sc/11d7zut
    Next, log in to the client itself using the button https://prnt.sc/11d80zy

    If the problem persists, enter your game nickname and server.

    Still cannot get into game with Facebook Login.
    Followed your instructions above and when I log on the site via FB, I get this..??

    My game nickname is Geraldine, @25540303.

    I found the ONLY way I can log into FB Main account is to remove Esprit from my pute.
    Reboot and reinstall it, then it lets me into game.
    HOWEVER, as soon as I logout and login with second account, I cannot get back in with main.?
    Going to be a pain if I have to remove, install, reboot each time I have to play.?

    Hello.
    Please tell me, are you trying to open two game clients at once? If so, then two clients cannot be opened. Only one will work.
    You won’t be able to play in a browser where Flash no longer works. Therefore, the error shown in the screenshot occurs. For this, we have developed a game client.

    No… not opening two game clients at once..
    Try opening only one… but FB will not open unless I uninstall and reinstall Esprit..
    Game clients does not handle changing accounts without this..??

    Hello.

    To understand the situation, we need logs. When you are again unable to log in through the fb, follow these steps:

    Open Explorer, paste the line there:

    C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Roaming\Esprit Games\

    (where USERNAME is indicated – enter the name of your computer)
    The computer name can be viewed in the system properties.

    Example:
    C:\Users\Artem\AppData\Roaming\Esprit Games\

    We need a file that is highlighted in red in the screenshot https://prnt.sc/11iq6t2
    You can send this file to technical support and report the ticket number here.
