    If the game does not load, it freezes, the download stops at a certain step, you see a black screen, it slows down. And it also partially does not work, for example, the button is not pressed or nothing happens when it is pressed, follow these recommendations.

    1. Clear your browser’s cache and cookies — you must specify the “All time” period when cleaning.

    2. Clear the DNS cache. To do this open the  Command Prompt (if Windows 10, then the “Search” line), type ipconfig / flushdns and press “Enter.”

    3. Install the flash player, or upgrade its version. You can do it here. Then restart your browser.

    4. Disable all extensions to your browser. After turning them off, the browser also needs to restart.

    5. If the problem persists, go to the game in another browser: Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome, Opera, etc.

    6. Disable all other windows and tabs for the game.

    7. In case your Internet speed is low, disabling communication programs such as Skype and mail agents can also help. And downloaders such as torrent.

    8. Check your system for viruses in a timely manner and cure them in case a virus has been detected.

    9. In case you use a proxy connection, games may not work. In this case, the proxy must be disabled.

    has it finished, getting loading page but first bar stuck at 1% other bar underneath load to 100%? which is confusing me

    Hello! It was fixed yesterday. Please, check the loading. Normally it is recommended to clear your browser cash after the maintenance.

    How can i fix [ERROR:#20, go back to login interface in 3 seconds.] When i try to play in s98 i got this error but i can play in other servers. and sorry for my english;-;

    I had something like that before…I think it means you have too many tabs/windows open in your browser. Or try using a different browser, restart computer, clear cookies/cache, or get a better internet service provider.

    I really try everything, i used another laptop too but still same. Support doesnt reply quickly. Today 2nd day and still same. I can only play this game with puffin browser for android.

    And when i try to select another server it starts normally but when i go back s98 and again i try to click that another server i got that error again. Its like you can play this server once. Idk what should i do

    My Game Client is not able to connect to the browser…so I CANNOT LOG IN AT ALL!!!! When I try…it says “there was an error, please try again”. It’s been going on now for HOURS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    hola tengo un problema el juego estaba funcionando muy bien y derrepente np quiso abrir mas me dice que abdobe flas player no es compatible. el funcionaba bien y ahora no se que pasa que no abre.. volvi a intalar abdobe y nada..

    I have the same problem. But not only when logging in, also in dungeons when I need to leave the victory screen, loading take very long or I am locked in the battlescreen and need to refresh again with the issue you describe =(.

    It’s very annoying and I have this loadingproblem and the lag that comes with it like 2 weeks now.
    And yes cleaned cookies, browser and so on, even connected my computer straight to the modem of my internet to see it was a wifi problem on my side, but nope it isn’t either. I really think it’s something in the game or the servers? Really no clue…

    Hello! It normally helps to clear cash and cookies and restart your PC or laptop. If the game still freezes try to check your internet connection. Sometimes when the connection is a little bit weaker or the ping is too high game may stuck and freeze.

    It often helps to change your browser and use another one for better connection and then game logs again.

    i dont have connection problems at all it the flash/Game problem at fault… Log in is fine for me – it in game going around etc random blank screen…

    it could be chrome change something in their code or you guys change something

Now I use Maxthon Nitro browser, at least for me the game runs better in that browser and so far only have to deal with some lag from time to time, but not as terrible as before. ( still think most of the lags come from the servers )

    @ Meave, as I said in previous post I did all of that, it didn’t work all. Not in chrome and playing in Microsoft Edge is much more worse to play. Chrome always worked fine for me and out of a sudden it’s terrible. ( maybe something to do with the flashplayer which will be gone at the end of the year?)

    The only thing that seems to make a tiny difference was turning off enable hardware acceleration in the flashplayer, but sadly not enough.

    I’ve started to search another browser and the one I use now for a week seems to work good besides some lag here and there (see my answer to Seekz which one). The difference it has with Chrome or Edge also is, I don’t need to constantly activate the FP again when I re-open the browser to play the game. =)

    I have been trying to get in the game since 0647 server time and this photo was taken at 0727 server time and still 1% I think something is wrong ADMIN get back to work and FIX THIS NOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Yea they did maintainence.. was just sitting in AC and got blackscreened now cant load back in..I sure am flad I didnt recharge… doesnt look like I’ll bother

    Same here, stuck at 1% loading. Have cleared cache and tried a different browser with the same issue. My account at Dragon Awaken (the original game site that filters into this platform) is fine. When can we expect a fix on this? How will we be compensated for the lost time since Dragon Awaken handles all compensations through the game and their site loads fine? Will we be emailed a gift code? It looks like I will be missing out on Holy Blessing so I hope you will compensate with some EXP Fairies or EXP Books. Thanks!

    Flood them with fixit tickets. Maybe that will adjust their awareness. Some coder dropped the ball….

    LOL compensation??? thats a joke..if they decide to do its lousy and is given to everyone… so those that are able to play get to collect the resources in game and get compensation so those that have lost time and resources from game being unaccessible are still behind

    Maybe they’ll take notice of hundreds of “GAME WON’T LOAD” tickets flooding their inbox. I dunno. But I sent mine in with a meme anyway, and will be sending one each minute. Better than just sitting looking at a game that won’t load. And I get to share my extensive meme collection, which is somewhat amusing. LOL

    okseems to be an issue with game have been disconnected 4 times in past hour.. and is very difficult to log back on.. repeatedly get msg game took to long to respond. so taking any where from 30 mins {longest} to4 mins to log in again… please fix asap. I have been unable to do anything in game since first disconnect over an hour ago it seems every time i try to enter a fight or use any icon will disconnect me

    PLEASE dix the game.. I have been trying to play for over 1.5 hrs.. everytime I do anything in game.. ie collect in falling chestsd.. enter fight I get disconnected

    ok when i get lucky enough to actually get logged in before bing disconnected,,, even sending a pm disconnects me from game. PLEASE FIX this has been goiing on for over 2 hours!!!

    please fix game.. o have been disconnected anytime i try to do ANYTHING in game.. and sometimes even b4 completing log in for over 3 hrs

    now at a full 4 hrs of being unable to play this game… and a tournement{ everlasting} coming in 30ish mins in which, if i am unable to play in means 2 other players lose out aes well…I certainly hope I am fairly compensated for the downtime..as ewven if I am able to get into game am unable to prepare for the tournement

    after sudden freezing of game i restarted etc and when trying to load the game .
    1) had long time to log in
    2) get a white screen with 502 error BAD Connection see screenshot

    3) when trying to refresh that page i get purple screen with text but nothing else see screenshot
    4) refreshing that does not change
    5) after reloading the game page it keep going to #3

    After several tries i still can not log in
