That’s probably also the case on most servers of Dragon Awaken. However, events are rarely fixed (or even useful), because gameplay generally isn’t a focus in this cash shop masquerading as a game. It sort of balances itself out, though: events aren’t useful or interesting, so you can mostly just ignore them.
