Was the file size of the screenshot too large? If so, you can probably use a compressing tool for the relevant file extension (some simple online ones are at compresspng.com and compressjpeg.com, tinypng.com, etc.), and it will be attached. If it’s the size of the image, then it could just be resized using most graphic editing software (even Paint, etc.) You’re probably aware of this, but screenshots would probably make it easier for people to tell what specific language you’re objecting to.
