1) so what rewards are we getting? for both eternal fury and eternal fury resurrected?

2) is not it enough to only post the ID, name, server and level in both games?
you can then easily verify the rest as admins (usually in all the other games I play it is so)

I have already reported it here, I did not get any cross server arena prize after the “reset” until now? not even 1 Improved Insignia !!!

I have also reported months ago many bugs that my account had and still has but nothing was fixed until now, why?

Cross Server Arena is broken on server 8 too
did not get any price from the last reset + cross server arena is still broken until now, it keeps loading forever and you can not do any battle

At the above picture I have locked 3 attributes, and the refine price cost 300 diamonds per try (it should be 60)
I have tried it with other mercs and unfortunately the same bug 🙁

I have wasted a lot because of this bug, can you please fix it, check my character diamond spent history (last 2 weeks) and please return the diamonds
