hi there , this problem is on daily basis , yes its still actual , and i have got tired writing tickets every time , so i have decided to make full refund from day 1.

u guys need to check reward distribution, got same pet several times now… new pet would be nice or posibility to exchane it for another one…

if you mean summit a ticket I cant screenshot on this computer so I cant add an attachment and it wont let you do a ticket without an attachment
put blank picture as an attachment, or download “lightshot” for taking screenshots. its free.

by exchanging Expirience points for evolution points. open character meni, select evolution, click on exchange , u need silver and exp to exchange for EVO points.

made 1000 spins on this roullete and didnt get single pet… while other “free” players got them for only 1 spin.

roullete was broken , i have won 2x times 1442 wing pills and didnt recive them, while other players claim they won all rare pets for only 2000 gold. ultra, crimson, blue and obsidian.
so, where is my pet for 5000 gold??
