Wrong Relic rank

Hello,
My Relic is all messed up!

I have Frigga and in the Relic screen it says “Solar Gloves Rank 0”. However, when I try to upgrade the 4 parts, they are showing level 11! It won’t let me upgrade the 4 parts because it wants me to do promotion, but I can’t do promotion because it says I must upgrade the 4 parts to level 1.
Look at the picture where it shows rank zero and also level 11.

i have 4 mercenaries in my formation, and 2 of them have messed up relics. i cannot promote the relics on both of them
