    I log in and stuck at 50% loading for hour… I did refresh several times and clean out cache

    Hello. When the game stops loading, press the F12 key, go to the Console tab and send a screenshot.
    Example: https://prnt.sc/xn1jco
    Specify the exact nickname, taking into account spaces and case.
