How come vip0 users cannot get these heroes?

As in, as a vip0 user myself, having seemingly mutually exclusive over powered heroes such as these sorta hard focuses on p2w users

I understand Loona as a F2P user myself 🙂
But F2P users should understand the game should also make money to stay in market for every body to play 🙂 so its not a tough bargain, P2W guys will get it first hand and faster which is expected.

one thing i got it wrong above.
I see only Selina can be got now through limited summon. she is not in any other summons at the moment.
Other 2 are not seen anywhere may be future heroes
