One wheel spin costs 1 Lucky Tall Hat. Ten spins cost 9 Lucky Tall Hat.

If you do not have Lucky Tall Hat, then you can rotate the wheel for Diamonds. One spin costs 100 Diamonds, ten spins – 900 Diamonds.
