I really don’t understand why you won’t fix this game! Dragon Lord , you have to refresh every time you do something. after a fight you have to refresh slow on loading. please fix this problem I put a lot of money into this game and I enjoy playing it.

I’m having the same issue and it’s very frustrating. I’ve even tried deleting the game player then redownloading and installing. NOTHING helps. I have to refresh after every battle from plunders to dungeons. Even though I’ve spent a ton of money in this game if the problem isn’t fixed soon going to just have to quit playing as I can’t spend all day just trying to do my basic daily stuff.

But I try to explain about the instant refresh people has to do every time.
Every time you enter a battle and the monster, enemy or dragon is defeated, you will be stuck in the battle screen. So you are not returning to the map. This make you constantly refreshing.
Noticed this is only happening when defeated, as long as it is not you will return to map, like in Demoniac dragon. Once you are in battle and it is defeated you are stuck again.
As you understand this problem make it impossible to auto kill in wild. After the first monster there need to be a refresh.
This also effects running dungeons, like trial, materials dungeon, multiplayer dungeons, Pandemonium, coronation, ladder, Petboss… Anything you battle. So you are depending the most on blitzing when able.Besides all crossserver arena events have failed for over a month now.
Since html5, the game responding very slow. It takes a lot of time to load everything.
Star dungeon ( challenges hidden behind images), Season trial (empty) and handbook (empty all 3 tabs in combinations) are not displayed well. ( printscreens)
Bag ( printscreen) is like a lot of ??? until it’s loaded after few minutes. ( this takes way to long)
Lot of other things do need a lot of time to load either, sometimes even not.Probably I forgot a couple of other thing, hopefully some other players can fill in the rest.

this only apply when we win a fight the victory message do not show forcing to reload the game losing the fight work normaly with defeat screen

I may be wrong, but I did wake up to a ‘you have been disconnected’ popup this morning. I’m guessing maintenance happened but it didn’t fix the big issue of constant refreshing.

Dear Maeve,
At the rate you are rectifying the issues eventhough many did state the common issues, you will be losing players faster than Liz Truss in office. This issues has been going on for almost a month and nothing has been done. The most painstaking issue is the need to reload after every victory killing monsters, runs, etc. I have tried playing the HTML5 version on ALL browsers and still facing the same problem of having to reload and reload and RELOAD. Hope you can get this fixed ASAP.

It seemed to be fixed, I noticed when cleared cookies in browser today. When I hadn’t done yet had still the same issue.

So try to clear cookies and cache and restart the game. Should be working.
Also I’ve heard from one of our clanmembers that the game works in client too again. (no clearing needed there) -
As of today 11/19/22 11:12 am EDT I’m still having issues with all battles which the server freezes when I win. I use the client so clearing cookies didn’t work for me.
Also I did attempt to send a support ticket about this issue last weekend but it would not let me send. I’m not able to send a video either.
I find it so frustrating having to reload after every plunder or dungeons. I’m open to suggestions as to what else to try on my end.

Lynaria, have you tried to reïnstall the client? So first deïnstall the one you use now and download the client from website again and install it on your computer.
I hope this would solve it for you. If not then I am out of options too =(

looking at the fact they close real topics so there no reply’s possible on it says enough about esprit games
while on same token non players can drop al kind of stupid things in topics for pills shoes etc

well I tried your suggestion again Vanadey and today it worked as was able to battle without it freezing when I won. But now after I do win and get out of a battle the server freezes when I try to open something else. This happened in multi dungeon when came time to collect after killing the final boss. Waited 5 minutes before reloading.

I experience the same, I missed out the biddings on petboss most of the time because of that and still have to refresh on a regular base. It’s very laggy, slow with loading or some things not showing. Hopefully they working on that fast soon.

Can’t log in the game for a couple of hours now.
Server is busy? Again… no post of anything about this. Same as other technical issue topics are not getting an answer. Removing things from the game and not one word about it.-

when busy screen comes up wait a few sec there be a pop up log in there and accept the cookies game will load do not close the other with the blackscreen..or ya have to do it again

And have done the login like as you said, but the same pop ups keeps coming when I do this, it opens like 10 of them over and over again.
Sadly no way to get in at the moment. =( -

do %Temp% clear all temp files
get new exe file from site

I cannot imagine they are not aware of the fact that for every single fight, you have to refresh. Blitz works but doing DMR, Dragon Catacombs, Multi player Dungeons, Bounty fights, Intruders, Plunder, Ladder, Coronation and of course Ancient Catacombs mobs. I imagine I’m missing others but it would drive someone crazy to have to refresh after each mob, again and again and again.

It looks like that every maintenance brings more issues with it instead of solving excisting ones…
Since they made the game html5 it runs so bad… Only thing fixed, as someone allready said somewhere else, is the loading screen.Now with instant refreshing after every battle, it makes it more unplayable.

There are more things broken with this game then is actually working with this new ‘refresh’ after every fight feature. So near done with this game myself.

And here I was hoping there was some secret trick to making this %$$&$&!! work that I just wasn’t getting. Only reason I still keep trying to play is habit and I’ve given these yahoos to much money in the past couple years to just quit.

It has been almost a month since we face these horrendous issues of major lags, having to reload after every fight and worst of all, NO REPLIES whatsoever from the game administrator. Can you all for once fix this ASAP. If you can’t rectify the HTML5 issues, please bring it back to the previous version. At least all players can still enjoy playing the game even there are lags here and there.

with maintenance, you’d think something would get fixed on the game. not sure what you think you fixed but maybe try playing the game. The only thing anyone can do right now is mine, and blitz. nothing else is working. I hope this is fixed ASAP.

I didn’t know Coup, one of the few times I decided to log out before the maintenance this morning.
So they missed out again… Yesterday I had a bad gateway message for a couple of hours when I tried to log in after a disconnection.
I’ve had some hope they were fixing things, apparently not =/-
