Please explain the problem in more detail.
Does your dragon level up while feeding? Is there enough food? -
I have the same issue,for some reason i cant select food or feed my dragon from level 60 to 61 despite having food on hand. cheers i hope you can sort it out.

That because lvl 60 is the max lvl you can reach with drageon x)
