    Anyone to help? My account keep disconnecting. I done the logout, change password, cleaned browser cache, send a ticket to support and I am ignored.

    This error means that some other person has access to your account. When logging out of your account on our portal, you can check the “log out on all devices” checkbox, then you will be logged out everywhere and after that you can change the password.
