    Completed transaction for purchasing Topaz and everything was all green no errors, exit buy screens and did not receive my Topaz or the usual mail regarding the purchase but card was charged.

    Is there any kind of additional compensation? I had purchased the topaz for recharge rewards for Pavara FH and by time issue was fixed I have missed out on a couple good rewards from it, to include 50 Pavara shards which would have gotten me to or close to 1 star Pavara.

    Also didn’t receive any of the other benefits of a topaz recharge such as Gold Leafs.

    I have written one already and just wrote another, still showing my one from last week as new. Which I am guessing it hasnt been reviewed as I have received no feedback or response to it.

    So my ticket is now closed, but your “compensation” isnt even equal to what was lost by the issue with your system. how does 200 Mythic shards, some recruitment scrolls and soul flasks even come close to losing 100 or so ARTIFACT hero shards, not to mention the other stuff from the event.

    I did not, your system didnt give me my topaz until the next day after you fixed your issue. So I lost out on all the rewards from the events going on at the time. The whole reason i got the Topaz was for those events and by time you credited me my topaz they had expired.

    Why is this such a hard thing to comprehend for your tech support?
