After ignition, all heroes become Ignited heroes in constellation maze.
But unlike normal ignited heroes, all ignited heroes in constellation
don’t have fully activated skill.
This is normal ignited hero in heroes tab. Hero has lv.3 active skill.
And this hero is in Constellation maze. Hero does not have lv.3 active skill.
