I bought the 1-black diamond discount pack and the 7-day discount pack (image 1). I had 78 black diamonds before purchase and after purchase 17 after. I received mail to verify the 1-black diamond pack but not the 7-day pack (image 2). Assuming the 7-day discount pack gives (1+1+1)*7 = 21 medals for Seg the Giant, and with my recent 1 and previous 12 purchases of the 1-black diamond discount packs, I should have 12+1+21 = 34 medals of Seg the Giant. Take away 10 to unlock leaves 24 medals. I have only 3 medals after unlocking (image 3). Where is my 7-day discount pack?

Nevermind. I figured it out. Each day, you get to claim the 3 discount chests (already paid) for a total of 7 days and 21 medals.
