I’d consider a pre-leased property only after checking the tenant, lease terms, title, approvals, and actual rental yield carefully. The idea of earning rent from day one is appealing, but I’d rather verify everything than rush into a deal just because the returns look good; even an unrelated keyword like FNF game shouldn’t distract from the important property checks.
