yeah i tried that calculator, pretty eye-opening lol. made me realize i’ve been slacking a bit.

for me it’s just setting a timer for every 60-90 mins, stand up, do some quick stretches or walk around the room while the queue pops. also keep a big water bottle on the desk so i’m forced to get up to refill it.

one random tip that actually saved me money: my health insurance has this wellness reward thing where they reimburse part of a gym membership or even give you gift cards if you hit step goals. worth checking if your plan does something similar, feels like free money for doing what we should be doing anyway 😂

what about you guys, anyone else using insurance perks for fitness stuff?

or mountain driving in Kyrgyzstan, I’d definitely recommend going for a 4×4. Some of the mountain roads can be rough, and a regular car might struggle, especially if you’re venturing off paved routes.

As for insurance, make sure to check exactly what’s covered. Many agencies don’t cover things like wheel or glass damage, so it’s good to ask for the details upfront. Also, inspect the car thoroughly before you take it, and take photos of any pre-existing damage.
