They had well over half the events completely down for about 2 months once. No compensation for that outage, no compensation for any outage. Yes we’ll get 10 summon cards for the original maintenance, but nothing else.
Company has no customer service, hence why our player population is laughably low. They cause the people to leave -
Don’t worry everyone, I’m sure they will appropriately compensate us for the downtime. All of the items and experience that we are missing out on will be granted via in game mail to each of us. The developers will see it… bahahahahaha

I wasn’t able to claim my rewards as the game is broken again and wont let us logon. Will you send the rewards to us via mail?

So, the check in has been working. But I missed that Sunday check in so I guess I’ll never get those wings? Does this game ever compensate players for when their game glitches out and doesn’t work?

Sunday is when we get wing shards from the check in, but check in is still broken. Will I get compensated the missing wings from todays check in?

It’s going on a month that many of the events have been broken. I don’t see them fixing this. I don’t think they care. If they can fix 1 single event by end of week then I’ll stay, but they won’t. I’ll leave the forums today, will leave the game by end of week. I’m done

Fathers Day Carnival is missing items as well. On day 2 there is supposed to be a title given out and there is none.
Father’s love without words is the R level title with 200 defense and 1200 health but it’s missing from our version.

I’m not VIP so I don’t have any amethyst. I can’t find anywhere to buy them for diamonds now so I cannot unlock any new relic slots. New relics are literally wasted on me now, just take up backpack space.

Promote hero to 2 stars:
Go to hero icon and then Enhance tab. Use Enhancement Lolite on the enhance tab. At enhance Rank 10 you can upgrade your hero level up to level 60 and they will also be 2 star. Every 5 ranks on the Enhance tab it seems your star level goes up as well as being able to raise your hero level.Artifacts:
Go to the hero icon and then to the Artifacts tab. You can use your shards and beryls there. -

How do I pick the one set that I want or is it just a random selection? There is one that I want over all the rest.

Oh, that’s not good! We haven’t had any events at all in many months. We don’t have events anymore so then that means I can never get refine stones.

So there will not be any more events like Veteran Summon or Dragon Tower anymore? Is this game closing?
