Yesterday I did the Apex with two other on my character, was fine to claim reward.

I also notice it happen as well on S40- Morphal
character there doesn’t get reward

I can now see on each PST server I don’t get any normal Hero League token, simillary to what happen before on X-server hero League in my earlier post

It start to become very annoying with this problems and yes it’s a free to play game and yes it’s up to me if I use loads of money to buy Topaz to make sure esprit game get some money in to the company, and yes I been willingly to do so. But… but.
I also expect the game work good when it come to the function of the game like the stores, get token, event. etc.

I do not accept to get the standard Answer like I got in support
“Try refreshing your browser cache or using another browser.”

I think my only option is to uninstall the game and stop play, as it start to annoying me way to much.

Only thing now cuz of that new Desktop G-app is impossible to un-install from the PC, yeah I tryed everything, another thing that make me very angry. Shitty app on my pc one can’t remove, WTF!..

Must say I’m very disappointed.

Well I tryed anyway to do the herlo league on S44-Luerain-PSt, did 15 goes.
Notice then in store window for Hero League shop, no token was given either.

One month later, any updates why we on S31-Fiora can’t buy stuff from X-server hero League shop even one has been in over 2 x-server hero league events? I put a lot of money into my character (yes that is by my free will) and I feel soon I have to either stop play a game that doesn’t work correct on each server), or I have to start over again on an EST server (on S30-Daybreak-EST, I never had this problem) where I can buy stuff with my tokens like everyone else (on S31-Fiora-PST, I never even get tookens).

And why does a new server have to start every week? as most of them (PST-servers) are some error on most times. i know a guy in my old guild he never was able to do the Realm (he was lvl 100+ at that time), he didn’t have the icon to do that daily/event and miss out a lot of materials one needs to gain more BR and become stronger.

I’m happy to use money for topaz and support esprit that way, but then I also expect the game work good when it come to the function of the game like the stores, Realms etc. as it’s a bit unfair as it is now.

Dear player, currently we are doing our best.
All the information has been transferred to a technical specialist.We are sure that the “battles” will be available next season.Please, don`t forget to take part in the “Hero League”, this is a mandatory condition.

I understand it take time for tech. specialist to fix this, and yes I play the Hero League every day. I think I got a bit annoyed at you because the language barrier it sounder like, shrug the shoulders and who care.. when you answer.. “Then we’ll have to wait 11 september.” So no hard feelings 🙂
