    They closed topics told me to not complain anymore or would get banned so i gave them the finger and went with a few to ghg there everything works!

    Seriously? That’s just rude! Pointing out errors/ bugs in the game is complaining? And then get threatened with a ban. Anything but customer friendly.

    Sadly me myself, am not really in the mood to start all over again after a 3 or 4 years playing the game, let alone pay for it again. Gnothi pmed me some time ago, maybe, and really maybe, I will move to the other one after all to give it one last try with this game.
    ( I saved her message so I know where to look 😉 )

    Meanwhile… we’ve had 3 maintenances, game is still a mess up.
    It seems they only check in to these forums to post a news topic for maintenance.
    What is the use of a technical issue forum when there is never someone from DL to answer. Support doesn’t answer issues either, so also the reason I do not contact them anymore. Waste of time.
    A topic in this forum should be enough to get the problems in the game fixed when people post them, especially when the problem affects all players.

    But no… Forums and topics got spammed by annoying spampeople, like in this one.
    Apparently they can clean the spam topics from time to time ( even that is even worse lately), but they don’t read or answer the topics with issues.

    …. Seriously?!?

    In case you have issues with the game in browser or client, please, specify:
    Where you’ve met the issue
    What exactly happens – lags, freezes, refresh and reload after every battle, black screen, stuck in battles, disconnected etc.
    Record and attach the video or screenshots, better video
    Your nickname & server number.

    We appreciate a lot all information and especially when you submit it with tickets.

    Maeve, I am not able to make a video.

    But I try to explain about the instant refresh people has to do every time.

    Every time you enter a battle and the monster, enemy or dragon is defeated, you will be stuck in the battle screen. So you are not returning to the map. This make you constantly refreshing.

    Noticed this is only happening when defeated, as long as it is not you will return to map, like in Demoniac dragon. Once you are in battle and it is defeated you are stuck again.

    As you understand this problem make it impossible to auto kill in wild. After the first monster there need to be a refresh.
    This also effects running dungeons, like trial, materials dungeon, multiplayer dungeons, Pandemonium, coronation, ladder, Petboss… Anything you battle. So you are depending the most on blitzing when able.

    Besides all crossserver arena events have failed for over a month now.

    Since html5, the game responding very slow. It takes a lot of time to load everything.

    Star dungeon ( challenges hidden behind images), Season trial (empty) and handbook (empty all 3 tabs in combinations) are not displayed well. ( printscreens)

    Bag ( printscreen) is like a lot of ??? until it’s loaded after few minutes. ( this takes way to long)
    Lot of other things do need a lot of time to load either, sometimes even not.

    Probably I forgot a couple of other thing, hopefully some other players can fill in the rest.

    Have the same problem with trial, as do season trial doesn’t show to collect the rewards, I have to click for it somewhere in the empty tab.( same for handbook, it doesn’t show combination, all empty)
    Besides, indeed since today a refresh after every fight, demon trial, wild hunt etc. Game get stuck every time.

    It’s only getting worse instead of better

    Wow I am back in finals, battles running no matches, so no battlescreen… No view in who won or lost. So no results…

    I am really so done with this game in meanwhile. Starts to be a money and time wasting thing.

    Yes I noticed too. I disappeared from finals. So is the one who was my opponent for the first battle.

    Truly, the game is such a mess. Hardly a change, most is just getting worse

    I experience the same, I missed out the biddings on petboss most of the time because of that and still have to refresh on a regular base. It’s very laggy, slow with loading or some things not showing. Hopefully they working on that fast soon.

    Lynaria, have you tried to reïnstall the client? So first deïnstall the one you use now and download the client from website again and install it on your computer.

    I hope this would solve it for you. If not then I am out of options too =(

    It seemed to be fixed, I noticed when cleared cookies in browser today. When I hadn’t done yet had still the same issue.
    So try to clear cookies and cache and restart the game. Should be working.
    Also I’ve heard from one of our clanmembers that the game works in client too again. (no clearing needed there)

    I didn’t know Coup, one of the few times I decided to log out before the maintenance this morning.
    So they missed out again… Yesterday I had a bad gateway message for a couple of hours when I tried to log in after a disconnection.
    I’ve had some hope they were fixing things, apparently not =/

    It looks like that every maintenance brings more issues with it instead of solving excisting ones…
    Since they made the game html5 it runs so bad… Only thing fixed, as someone allready said somewhere else, is the loading screen.

    Now with instant refreshing after every battle, it makes it more unplayable.
    I had some hope they would fix this after more then 24 hours, but no still the same as yesterday =(
