Missing VIP status and Diamonds after purchase – Server S112

Hi everyone and Admin team,

I’m writing this because I’m having an issue with my recent top-up. About an hour ago (around 9:30 AM), I purchased the Monthly Card pack through the portal. The transaction was successful and the money has been deducted from my account, but my VIP level hasn’t updated in-game yet, and the Diamonds haven’t arrived.

I’ve already tried refreshing my browser and re-logging into my account several times, but the status remains the same. Usually, the delivery is instant, so I’m a bit concerned.
