Payment processed but VIP points not added – Urgent Help Needed

I’m reaching out because I encountered a bug with the recharge system today. I just topped up 2000 Diamonds to reach VIP level 3 and claim the limited-time server rewards, but something went wrong.

The payment went through on my bank app, but my VIP experience bar hasn’t moved at all. I’m really worried about missing the timed event rewards if this doesn’t get fixed soon.

I have checked my mail and bag, but the currency isn’t there either. Could someone from the support team look into this for me?
