Why heroes arising suddenly stopped without noticing?

It was maybe my first time become higher rank. Why did u do that?

When this update will be applied in this server? I saw same notes in Korean server forum too.

Please make sure When you will do this update. Players r very worried about being abandoned.
Please confirm and inform us concrete update date.
