Does one have to be a certain level to travel back and forth from Celestial City and Midgard? ( Where the fog has to be cleared?)

Some areas are not accessible at all yet. Some require a certain level and completed story missions.

No, you don’t need to be a specific level to travel between Celestial City and Midgard. However, you do need to clear the fog or meet the quest requirements tied to that area to unlock the path.

The problem I was having was that I had been there once before and had cleared maybe 3 to 4 percent each of a couple of areas. I went back to City for other quests and could not return to the foggy areas. When I clicked on the map, then on Midgard, it took me to the map of the areas of Misty Woods and the regular areas and not the foggy areas
