does anyone know where I can get the other items to help catch pets?

Hello.
When you catch a pet, you are presented with three options. Click on the option you want to use. The first item is free, which can be obtained by completing daily tasks. The last two can be obtained in game events or purchased for amethysts.

i don’t see where i can purchase the other two items. which shop are they in?

The first item is available for purchase in a regular store.
The other two can be accessed through various limited-time in-game events.
