I’ve got a 2015 Charger R/T with the 5.7 and that familiar Hemi tapping sound has gone from slightly annoying to genuinely concerning over the past month. It’s especially loud on cold starts and I’m fairly certain it’s not just the exhaust manifold bolts this time because I can hear it from inside the car now. Took it to a general garage in Al Quoz and the guy said “maybe lifters” but wanted to charge me a lot just to open the engine and look around. I’m not comfortable paying for guesses. I’ve been searching online and I think I need an Expert Dodge Repair Workshop Dubai that actually deals with Hemi valve train issues on a regular basis instead of learning on my car. Found 800sayara while looking for specialized shops but most reviews seem pretty general. Has anyone here had this tapping noise properly diagnosed and fixed somewhere without spending a fortune? I really like the car but I’m losing sleep over whether I’m looking at a cam replacement or just a set of lifters. Any solid recommendations would really help me out.
