I’ve been thinking about the role of a “Contact Us” page on websites and how much it really impacts user trust and engagement. When I visit a site, I often check the Contact Us section to see if the business is legitimate and accessible.
It gives me confidence knowing there’s a way to reach out for support or inquiries. Do you think having multiple contact options (email, phone, live chat) makes a big difference? Also, what elements make a Contact Us page more effective and user-friendly in your experience?
