My char Imajica on s1 is evo 14 & I haven’t been able to open it for 2 days now. I submitted tickets yesterday but have heard nothing & it’s not been fixed. I sent a ticket showing my servers & also showing the error I get when I tried another browser. I have spent a lot of money on that toon & I would like to know when you are going to fix it.

When are you going to fix this? When are you going to even acknowledge that there is a problem?
