Hey on r2 platform the game is broke, specifically group dungeons, for a cluster of servers that were merged. Many people have contacted r2 support with no word from them or updates, who are the developers to contact? It seems illegal to take money from players and not fix what is broke. It is scamming. The moderators their just keep saying they have forwarded issue to developers. But they have heard nothing back. What is going on?
