I recently had problems accessing Outlook too, and contacting support really helped. But now my question is: has anyone had problems activating Windows or Office? I’ve been looking for working solutions, but I’m not sure which method is best to use.

There really are problems, and if you can’t figure it out yourself, then support is the best option. But when it came to Windows activation, I found it to be even more annoying. I ended up using a tool I found here https://kms-tool.com/, and it worked like a charm. Honestly, after trying a bunch of different methods, this was the easiest and most reliable.
