Hi, we’ve asked devs about it, they say that, as this item can be used to upgrade many functions they make some restrictions on it. So if you want to use this item you need to select an option in the check box ( http://prntscr.com/k2sdyx ) and use manualy upgrade. Later, it will be reworked.
