I completely understand your frustration( I really hope that the problem will be resolved quickly. The issue of compensation will be resolved after the game becomes available.
This you said last time And we did not get compencaidet on that issiue Also i put in ticket for the 30 day’s they did not even replied on my ticket now 28 days again and same problem you must be joking? I am second on all servers at least they can reply?Ty for responding.

Once again maintenance screws up and stop us playing, do they even want players?

clearly +1 “BlueJade”, updates that screw up, compensations that we never have, recharges that suck, tickets without ever any answers, in short a vast joke, especially since on a FR server, it there is no problem, here on this server you often have to wait for the next update to be able to play again, while waiting for another update which will inevitably screw up, in short we can only play for around 2 and a half weeks in the month …..

There are no unanswered technical support tickets. If you have not received a response to a ticket, please provide its number. Perhaps you specified the game incorrectly and we did not receive the ticket.

The game is already available. Once again we apologize.

I can’t say that I really care anymore. I’ve moved on 100% to the other version and I love playing with literally hundreds of other people. The never ending “can’t log in” has got to stop here, the other version doesn’t have it.
I’ll be around here or there, but I haven’t even tried to log into the game since it went down on the 7th.
