Unfortunately, it is not possible to restore a lost snap streak on a PC. Snap streaks are only accessible through the Snapchat mobile app on a smartphone or tablet. Additionally, streaks are lost if both users do not send a snap within a 24-hour period, so keeping regular communication is important to maintain a streak. If a Snapchat streak lost, the only way to regain it is by snapping back and forth consistently with the other user for at least three consecutive days.
