Hi everyone — I am putting together a US Subway order for a small group with very different tastes, and I would love some practical advice before I head out.

I have been looking through the Subway menus USA guide (https://subway-menue.com/) to compare current prices and options, and it has been handy for seeing what has changed this year. For a classic footlong, I am torn between a familiar favourite and something lighter — what do you usually choose when you want good value without a huge calorie count?

For anyone eating on the go, the Subway sandwich menu (https://subway-menue.com/subway-sandwich-menu/) looks like the easiest starting point, while the Subway wraps menu (https://subway-menue.com/subway-wraps-menu/) seems better if you want something a little lighter but still filling. I am also curious about the Subway protein bowl (https://subway-menue.com/subway-protein-bowl/) — has anyone tried it as a lower-bread option, and did it feel filling enough for lunch?

Two pages I found especially useful for planning were the Subway secret menu (https://subway-menue.com/subway-secret-menu/) for custom combinations and the Subway calories guide (https://subway-menue.com/subway-calories/) for checking the lighter swaps. Do you check calories before you order, or do you just pick your favourite and enjoy it?

What would you order for a group: a mix of sandwiches and wraps, or a few protein bowls with different toppings? Any favourite combinations or current deals worth trying in 2026?

    Thanks in advance!

Choosing meals with balanced nutrition is important when comparing fast-food options, especially when paying attention to calories and food ingredients.
Protein is another important part of meal planning, and daily requirements can vary depending on factors such as age, activity level, and individual needs.
For a better understanding of **[how much protein do I need daily](https://calmhealthtips.com/protein-forward-diet-a-simple-beginner-guide/)**, this beginner-friendly guide provides a useful starting point.
