Hey everyone,
I’ve been considering seeing a sex therapist but feel a bit overwhelmed by the process. There are so many different approaches, and I’m not sure what to look for in a good therapist. I’d love to explore new things to try in the bedroom in a way that feels comfortable and guided, but I’m unsure how to bring that up in therapy.
How do I find someone who is experienced, non-judgmental, and helpful? Are there specific credentials or red flags I should be aware of?
