I’ve been trying to figure out how many laps a dog would need to walk for a human to keep up during a lap day workout. With the typical speed differences, it’s hard to get a precise comparison. That’s where a lap day calculator dog and human could come in handy.
Humans walk at an average pace of around 3-4 mph, while dogs can range from 3-10 mph depending on the breed. So, if you’re setting up a joint workout with your dog, how many laps should you plan for each of you to stay in sync?
