Hello everyone.
I’ve been working on improving my reaction time, particularly with the Reaction Speed Test on Human Benchmark, and it’s been both fun and challenging! The test measures how quickly you respond to a color change, but the key is consistency.
I found that staying relaxed and focused is crucial – any extra tension seems to slow me down. Also, taking breaks between attempts to avoid fatigue helps. I’ve seen my scores gradually improve, but it’s all about practicing the right mindset and reaction rhythm.
Any tips or strategies that worked for you all?
