Hello, can you bring food through tsa? With my experience, it is possible to transport food through TSA, but there are a few things to keep in mind. Foods that are solid, such sandwiches, snacks, and fruits, typically travel without any problems. However, if you are carrying liquid or gel-based things, like sauces or yogurt, you must put them in containers that are no larger than 3.4 ounces (100 ml). Packing food separately is always beneficial for a speedy inspection because TSA agents could want a closer look.
